  • Gift Certificates are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
  • Gift Certificate services can only be redeemed in ESPRIT Cleaning service areas, which include Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Maitland suburbs in Newcastle. 
  • Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.  No change will be given on any unused portion of the Voucher. 
  • Gift Certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.
  • Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
  • Management retains the right to refuse any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
